My research focuses on increasing physical activity among adolescents, and in particular evaluating co—created physical activity interventions. I am currently a PhD student in the YoPA project. YoPA is a Youth-centred Participatory Action (YoPA) project. The overall aims of the YoPA project are to co-create, implement, and evaluate social and physical environmental interventions for structural improvement in the lifestyle of adolescents (12-18 years) in vulnerable life situations to reduce their risk for non-communicable diseases.
